Store Policy (January 2009)

1- Checkout and payment:We currently use Google check out which covers VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. Google promises 100% protection on unauthorized purchases while shopping at stores across the web.

2- How far we ship? United States

3- Shipments under 2 pounds are sent through US Mail. > 2 pounds we use UPS ground shipping. Expedited shipments are sent through UPS second day service.

4- Can I use check or money order to pay for web purchases? We currently do not accept checks or money orders.

5- Is there a limit on how many items I can purchase? Currently we do not have a limit.

6-What about returns and exchanges?

    a- Items must be clean and undamaged.

    b- Buyer must notify within 10 business days of the receipt of the order regarding any invoice or packing slip discrepancy in order to be eligible for return or exchange.

    c- $2 Re-stocking fee will apply to all returns except those with shipper error in product selection or quantity.

    d- Indicate Return or Exchange as appropriate on the outside of the package. For your protection use an insured shipping method with tracking. We cannot make exchanges or refunds for lost items without a varifiable proof of delivery.
